Studio LK is instructed by Fendi to provide an on-going project management service, to manage the regular programme of works for the back of house areas, IT and comms stations in Fendi’s four London (and Bicester) stores.
This also covers any temporary structures, such as the recent ‘pop-up’ in Harrods. The programme generally includes refurbishment and replanning of work spaces, IT and comms maintenance and upgrading works.
Although customers do not generally use or see these areas, there are times when they do and Fendi realises the need to have their back of house areas looking as as impeccable as the front of house.
In addition, Fendi is of the view that well designed, maintained and managed back of house spaces provide an efficient working environment for staff.
