The Studio LK team, whilst with Hirsch Bedner Associates were the original interior designers and space planners (but did not do the final designs) for the bars, private club and restaurants at 10 Trinity Square.
Tasks included the concept drawings, detailed drawings, materials, joinery and furniture selection.
The client wanted the hotel to reflect the merging of cultures - British and Chinese. The trade routes, and tea, were themes.
The building itself has a vast history, so drawing on all these elements gave a very rich palette for a luxurious design.
